HOW TO DONATE THROUGH CHARITY
To use the Charity sending items feature, follow the steps below:
Step 1:Open the SantaPocket app, select Charity on the home page
Step 2:At the Charity screen, select the Charity you want to donate to
Step 3:Select the charity program you want to donate to and click the "Donate now" button.
Step 4:Scan the QR code on the SantaPocket cabinet
Step 5:Fill in the order information, select the appropriate cabinet size and click Submit
Step 6:Open the cabinet, put the goods in and close the cabinet
The sender can give love by going to the nearest SantaPocket locker location to donate items to the locker or by sending directly to the SantaPocket locker at the Red Cross District 1 (50 Thach Thi Thanh, Ward Tan Dinh, District 1) during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
After the Sponsor donates items through the SantaPocket cabinet, volunteer organizations will receive notifications through the application and proceed to collect and assemble the items. After that, donation sessions will be carried out to appropriate vulnerable people.

Program "Humanitarian journey, Giving love"
According to the 2024 Humanitarian Month plan from the Vietnam Red Cross, "Humanitarian Journey, Giving Love" supports taking care of meals and giving gifts of necessities to lonely and vulnerable elderly people in Ho Chi Minh City.

Beneficiaries: Lonely elderly people and vulnerable people currently living in District 1.

Program "Love the Old, Love the Young"
As a pilot activity of the program "Digital transformation in the field of charity", "Love the Old, Love the Young" focuses on taking care of vulnerable people with difficult hospitalizations and filling knowledge bookcases for school libraries in Ho Chi Minh City.
