From November 11, 2023, SantaPocket will officially launch a new payment system and loyalty membership point accumulation program for SantaPocket users.
1. New payment system(Unit: Coins)
All transactions in the SantaPocket application use Coins for payment. Accordingly, users register for a SantaPocket account, when depositing money into the account, VND money will be converted into Coins at a ratio of 1:10, equivalent to 1 Coin = 10 VND.
For existing accountsCoinandbalance,Before November 11, 2023, the system will convert the balance (Dong unit) at a ratio of 1:1. For example: Account A has 1,500 Coins and a balance of 20,000 VND. The new balance of Account A will be: 1,500 VND + 20,000 VND = 21,500 VND
From November 11, 2023, all balances will be converted from Dong to Dong1 unique unit is Coinat a conversion ratio of 1:10. Specifically, in the case of Account A: 21,500 VND corresponds to 2,150 Coins.
Note: During the conversion process from VND to Coins, if the number of Coins is a number with a decimal part, Santa will round it according to the rule:
- If the decimal part is equal to or greater than 0.5, the number is rounded up.
- If the decimal part is less than 0.5, the number is rounded down.
With this new payment unit, it is expected that many special features to help improve customer experience will be revealed in the near future.
2. Accumulate loyalty points(Unit: Pine Cone)
Similar to other e-commerce platforms, SantaPocket deploys and applies a loyalty points accumulation system for customers who regularly use services at the SantaPocket application. These points can be used to redeem gifts or receive other discounts.
The unit for calculating Loyalty points isPine conesand will be calculated as follows:
- Completed applications with a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes will receive 01 Pine Cone
- A completed locker rental application lasting from 1 hour 30 minutes will receive 01 Pine Cone
The point accumulation policy is designed to bring special incentives to loyal users of SantaPocket. SantaPocket will notify you in detail in the near future.
