2. How to use SantaEshop
2.1. Purchase
- Step 1: Open the SantaPocket application, select Eshop
- Step 2: Select the product you want to buy, click Buy
- Step 3: Scan the QR code on the cabinet, agree to the terms, select Confirm payment
- Step 4: Open the cabinet, take out the goods and close the cabinet
- Products cannot be returned after purchase. You can rent a Santa drawer to resell that product
- To purchase the product, you must be present to download the SantaEshop cabinet and scan the code on the cabinet
2.2. Sell
- Step 1: Open the SantaPocket application, Select Eshop
- Step 2: Select Sales, select Become a seller
- Step 3: Enter seller information as required, select Sell now
- Step 4: Enter product information, scan the QR code on the cabinet
- Step 5: Select the number of rental days, agree to the terms and click Confirm Rental
- Step 6: Open the cabinet, place the goods in and close the cabinet
Cabinet rental fee: 10,000 VND (1000 Coins)/Day/Drawer
- Products sold through the Santa cabinet may be new or used
- Santa will not refund the rental fee when the seller cancels the drawer and removes the goods from the locker before the rental period.
- The cost of the goods (After deducting the 5% surcharge) will be added to the seller's wallet when someone makes a purchase. The seller contacts Santa to withdraw money to his account.
