Riviera Point Management Board quickly cooperated to install SantaPocket delivery cabinets, thereby bringing more convenience in delivering and receiving goods as well as upgrading the quality of life for people here.
The project was implemented and officially launched to residents on March 24, 2022 with 3 cabinets located in towers 3, 4 and 5.SantaPocketHopefully this cooperation will bring more success and innovation to both sides.
This is also a stepping stone for SantaPocket to expand its scale and reach4.0 technology delivery cabinetreach more consumers.

- PG duty hours are limited to avoid disturbing residents
- Shippers tend to leave goods at the receiving counter
- New technology creates a feeling of fear for older users
Faced with that situation, SantaPocket quickly planned and implemented corrective solutions as soon as it received approval from the Apartment Management Board, thereby greatly improving services and bringing satisfaction to residents:
- Increase the number and duty hours of PGs to suit customers
- Increase cabinet recognition by appearing through LCDs in elevators and tent cards located at the reception desk
- Communicate with receptionists and security guards to guide residents on how to use the cabinets
