✍️ The Remote Rental feature is focused on and upgraded by SantaPocket over time to bring the best experience to Customers! With "Remote Rental", the Sender / Shipper will reduce operations on the phone and the Receiver (Renter/Resident) can choose the desired locker location to receive goods.
Instructions for using the Remote Rental feature?CABINET RENTERS (RESIDENTS)
- Step 1: Access the application, select "Rent" -> "Remote Rental"
- Step 2: Choose a cabinet near you
- Step 3: Enter Sender/Shipper SDT information
- Step 4: Select cabinet size and click "Send"
?SHIPPER
*If SantaPocket App is not available
- Step 1. Open the camera, scan the QR code on the cabinet and select "Use Web version"
- Step 2. Select "Send order" and press "I have an order code"
- Step 3. Enter the correct "Shipment code" with the received SMS message & click "Send"
- Step 4. Place the goods in & close the drawer
*Where SantaPocket App is available
- Step 1: Scan the QR code on the cabinet and select "Send goods"
- Step 2: Select the correct order code in the message sent
- Step 3: Place the goods in the cabinet and close it
