1. Introducing the program
Promoted Shipper is a program to encourage shippers to increase the number of orders with a total prize of up to 10 million VND. All shippers can participate in the program and have the opportunity to receive attractive gifts.
SantaPocket officially launched the program“Shipper Level Up”from October 1 - October 31, 2025, and will continue to be held in November and December.
This is a playground to honor shippers with the best delivery achievements, and at the same time create motivation for the shipper community to improve working efficiency and increase orders through the SantaPocket smart cabinet system.
The program will find outTop 8 best shippers, divided into two categories, with participation conditions:
- Premium Prize:Shipper has a SantaPocket account & Has had at least 100 orders delivered through the SantaPocket cabinet within 30 days before the registration date.
- Basic Prize:For new shippers or less than 100 orders delivered via SantaPocket cabinet within 30 days.
2. How to participate
Conditions for Premium Prizes
- Have a SantaPocket account and achieve a minimum of 100 orders within 30 days before the registration date.
- Within 30 days of participation, the number of applications must increase by at least 30% compared to the previous month.
- For example: last month 100 applications → this month needs to reach at least 130 applications.
Conditions for the Base Prize
- Have a SantaPocket account.
- During 30 days of participation, complete a minimum of 50 orders (including sending and receiving).
Note: Orders onlySuccessfully sent/received via SantaPocket cabinetwill be counted as valid.
3. Prize details
Total prize value up to10,000,000 VND, along with many attractive and practical gifts.
Premium Award (Top 5 shippers won the award)
- Rank 1:Gifts worth 1,500,000 VND include: Bear electric hot pot, Backup charger, Mini fan, Voucher worth 500K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
- Rank 2:Gifts worth 1,200,000 VND include: Sunhouse electric kettle, Thermos bottle, Crossbody bag, Voucher worth 400K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
- Rank 3:Gifts worth 1,000,000 VND include: Backup charger, Thermostat, Voucher worth 300K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
- Rank 4:Gifts worth 800,000 VND include: Crossbody bag, Raincoat, Voucher worth 200K (for SantaPocket locker services)
- Rank 5:Gifts worth 600,000 VND include: Thermos, Gloves, Voucher worth 150K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
Basic Prize (Top 3 shippers won prizes)
- Rank 1:Gifts worth 1,000,000 VND include: Lock&Lock rice cooker, Voucher worth 150K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
- Rank 2:Gifts worth 700,000 VND include: Thermos, Gloves, Voucher worth 100K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
- Rank 3:Gifts worth 500,000 VND include: Raincoat, Gloves, Voucher worth 80K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
Note: Gifts may change each month with equal or higher value.
4. The program takes place at the same time: Shipper Introduces New Friends - Receive Instant Rewards
In addition to the main competition, shippers can participate"Shipper introduces new friends" programTo receive additional hot rewards:
- Award: 200,000 VND(limited number of participants).
- Condition:
- Successfully introduced 5 new friends via referral code on SantaPocket app.
- 5 new friends must generate a minimum of 5 valid send/receive orders during the program period.
- Each shipper can only receive the reward once.
