1. Two ways to volunteer with Santa

1.1. Send donated items directly to the SantaPocket store

If you already have items and want to donate them to charity organizations, you can follow these steps:

  • Visit a SantaPocket locker location near you
  • Scan the QR code on the cabinet and select the "Send goods" feature
  • Enter recipient information as the phone number of the volunteer of the charity organization
  • When the drawer opens, place the item in and close the drawer

The items will be delivered to the correct organization and recipient, making delivery quick and convenient.

1.2. Donate by purchasing through SantaMarket

In case you do not have the items available but still want to volunteer, SantaMarket is a suitable choice:

  • Open the SantaPocket app
  • Select itemMarket
  • Select items to donate
  • Enter the receiving address as a location or direct address of the volunteer organization, along with the volunteer's phone number
  • Payment and order completion

After purchasing items, they will be delivered directly to the organization, ensuring their correct needs and intended use.

2. Campaigns and volunteer organizations are accepting items

2.1. An Sinh Cabinet – Ben Thanh Ward

ModelSecurity CabinetSantaPocket focuses on supporting vulnerable residents in the ward through receiving and sharing necessities, clothes and essential items in daily life.

2.3. Maison Chance – Maison Chance

2.5. Phuoc Lam Pagoda
