August 2025, wardBen ThanhOfficially launched the pilot model“An Sinh Cabinet”at the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Ben Thanh Ward (No. 32 Pho Duc Chinh, Ben Thanh Ward), marking an important milestone on the digital transformation journey associated with social security. Ben Thanh Ward is the first locality in Ho Chi Minh City to deploy the "An Sinh Cabinet" model, marking an important step in applying technology to social security, bringing technology closer to the community and contributing to promoting digital transformation in the locality. This is a pioneering model in Ho Chi Minh City, clearly demonstrating the spirit of the policy "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized cities" and "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind".
