Each SantaPocket account is registered with a unique phone number. If there is a package in the locker, you must use a Santapocket account with the correct phone number with the recipient's number to scan the QR code, then the locker containing the package will open! If you want to receive it for you, someone else must log in to your Santapocket account, or take your phone down to the cabinet to scan the QR code.
